Tara M. Stringfellow is the author of the 2022 sensation Memphis. Her debut novel was a blockbuster, elevating to best-sellers lists and capturing awards. She returns to the literary world in 2024 as a poet with the fascinating collection, Magic Enuff, radiant poems that celebrate Black Southern womanhood and the many ways magic lives in the bonds between mothers, daughters, and sisters.

She’s a poet, former attorney, Northwestern University MFA graduate, and a semifinalist for the Fulbright Fellowship who has written for Collective Unrest, Minerva Rising, Jet Fuel Review, Women Arts Quarterly Journal, and Apogee Journal, among other publications.
